Application hosting
Production web applications in isolated runtimes, with explicit bind addresses, restart policy, and a documented rollback path.
United Kingdom
Marks Cloud designs, hosts, and operates live software on dedicated UK systems. No hyperscaler tenancy. No generic shared hosting. One environment, owned end to end.
About
Marks Cloud is the operating name for privately owned infrastructure used to run production websites and application systems. The work sits where software engineering and operations meet: routing, certificates, databases, application runtimes, and the unglamorous jobs that keep a live service calm.
The environment is built for a small number of serious platforms, not as a public cloud product. That constraint is the point. Capacity, change control, and incident response stay with the same person who writes the software.
Capabilities
Production web applications in isolated runtimes, with explicit bind addresses, restart policy, and a documented rollback path.
Public HTTP and HTTPS terminate on dedicated reverse proxy. Certificates are issued and renewed in place. Apex and www are handled as first-class names.
PostgreSQL, Redis, and supporting stores on a private database network. Production data does not leave the operator’s systems for convenience.
Corporate, membership, and service sites built as durable products: Django, Node, and static properties, all behind the same edge.
Access logs, per-site traffic reporting, and first-party analytics where a live property needs them. No advertising trackers on this site.
Production changes are sequenced. Public sites are not restarted for curiosity. New work is added beside live services, not on top of them.
Current platforms
These are systems Marks Cloud currently hosts and operates. They are independent products, not a marketing network.
Operating model
Public names resolve to dedicated Virgin Media Business addressing. Traffic is not fronted by a third-party CDN unless a specific property requires it.
Only the services that must be public are public. Administration, source control, and internal tools stay on the LAN.
There is no follow-the-sun roster and no ticket queue. Enquiries go to the operator who can change the system.
Marks Cloud does not sell shared tenancy, SLA theatre, or a self-service control panel. The offer is infrastructure that is actually operated.
